If you cancel or request a refund, we will process requests in accordance with our booking policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the prior twelve months, or a minimal statutory amount where such limitation is unenforceable.
